Website terms of use

These terms apply when you use this website. They don't cover a software project with us: each project has its own written agreement.

1. About these terms

The website is published by HannibalDev (see the legal notice). By using it, you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

2. Information on the website

We keep the content accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not professional advice. Prices, timelines and results shown (including in case studies) are typical figures from past projects: they are not a quote or a guarantee. Your price and timeline are confirmed in a written proposal.

Case-study figures come from client dashboards and analytics tools and are dated. Client names and screenshots are anonymised.

3. Booking and call-back requests

Requesting a call or a meeting is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. We aim to call back within minutes during working hours, but can't guarantee it.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, design, logo, illustrations and code of this website belong to HannibalDev or are used with permission. You may share links and quote short extracts with attribution. Any other copying needs our written permission. Screenshots of client systems are shown with the client's agreement and may not be reused.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the website or its forms to send spam, malicious code or other people's personal data without permission, and don't try to break or overload it. If you find a security issue, please report it as described on our security page.

6. Links

We aren't responsible for the content of websites we link to.

7. Liability

We aren't liable for losses caused by relying on general information on the website, or by the site being temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights.

8. Personal data

See our privacy policy and cookie policy.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW, e.g. the law of England and Wales]. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and can bring a claim there.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one online when you use the site.
